Frozen Artemia Biomass
- Our artemia biomass has been sterilized and certified as free of virus. It has a low water content and is uniform in size.
- Artemia are branchiopod crustaceans that live in saline waters. Due to its high nutritional value, Artemia biomass is an excellent source of proteins for shrimp and invertebrates. It is used as feed in aquaculture, especially during the shrimp larva stages. It contains high lipids levels.
- To enhance its nutritional value it has been enriched with omega3 fatty acids.
- Our Artemia Biomass has shelf life of up to 3 years if stored frozen at temperatures of 180 C (-0.40 F) or less.
